Empowering Students Through Education
Featured are some of the Madison Area Middle School and High School award winners:
Ten college-bound students received $1,000 each. They are Cecillia Borleske,
David Cann, Ninah Divine and Jordan Smith all of East High School; Khuaten
Maaneb de Macedo, Edgewood High School; J. Norah Ntambi, West High School;
Jordan E. Thomas, Stoughton High School; Tyler Henderson and Tierra Smith
both of Verona Area High Schools; Bria Stephens, Beloit Memorial High School.
In addition, $50 gift cards from Barnes & Nobles Book Store were given as incentive
awards to one student in each of the twelve middle schools in the Madison
Metropolitan School District.
